General Terms and Conditions

When the order is conferred, the customer will integrally accept the selling and delivery conditions listed here below.

PRICES

The current price list is to be considered ex-works our factory (Milan, Italy). The goods are sold with prices in EURO valid at the time of the shipping. We reserve the right to decide about the modification of the current selling prices in every up to moment.

Assembly: Assembling cost for not mounted items on demand is 20 Euro per item.

DELIVERY

The delivery day is the date indicated in the delivery note countersigned by the courier. The delivery term is approximate and not binding as it is tied up to the current possibilities and may vary because of reasons not related to the company's will.

Should we not observe the agreed delivery terms, the customer has not the right to cancel the order, postpone the payment, require any sort of refund, compensation or penalty.

The delivery date written in the order confirmation indicates the day the courier is ready to take delivery of the goods and documents, and is neither guaranteed nor binding, except in the case of agreements and contracts signed with the responsible manager stating otherwise.

Important: The arrangement of shipments is possible by appointment only, which has to be scheduled with the back office.

CLAIMS

Goods travel at the recipient's risk, even in the case of postage-paid shipping. The Customer must check the goods upon delivery.

Claims deadline: In case of damage and/or breakage, the customer is required to submit any complaint to Caddie Hotel SRL in writing within 24 hours from the delivery.

The warranty is only valid if the damage is reported in accordance with the terms and conditions described above, as well as through the following procedure: the customer/recipient must write the following statement on the delivery note or accompanying invoice and/or transport document:

"package not intact, goods accepted subject to inspection", providing a brief description of the damage.

The damaged goods must remain, in their original packaging, at the disposal of Caddie Hotel SRL for appropriate checks, or any right for complaining will be lost.

PAYMENT

Payment terms (e.g. immediate, 30 or 60 days) shall be agreed upon at the time of order.

In accordance with Article 1523 of the Italian Civil Code, ownership of the goods shall remain with CADDIE HOTEL until full payment of the agreed price has been received, even in the case of deferred payment and after delivery of the goods. The risks shall transfer to the buyer upon delivery.

For all matters not expressly covered, reference shall be made to the applicable provisions of the Italian Civil Code. The items shown in this catalogue are for information purposes only and do not constitute any contractual commitment on the part of CADDIE HOTEL.

URGENT DELIVERIES

It is possible to require the delivery of an order within 24 hours by priority express courier upon request.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute or arbitration shall be subject to Italian law.

Return and Refund Policy

Customers have the right to request a return of a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt under specific circumstances:

1. The product does not meet the stated specifications

All products are manufactured according to the specifications agreed upon the order and according to professional industry production standards. Any complaint must be communicated in writing within 7 (seven) business days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by photographs and a detailed description of the alleged defects.

The seller reserves the right to evaluate any return or replacement request: a refund or replacement of the product will be granted only in the event of substantial and documented defects from the agreed specifications, such as to significantly compromise the functionality, safety or suitability for the intended professional use.

The following are excluded from the right of return and refund:
  • dimensional variations within a maximum margin of ±5% compared to the measurements indicated in the order;
  • weight differences within ±5%;
  • slight variations in color, finish, materials, or construction details due to manufacturing processes;
  • products with damage or defects due to transportation not contested to the courier at the time of delivery, improper use, or assembly not in accordance with the instructions provided;
  • technical updates made by the manufacturer that do not degrade the agreed specifications.

Product returns not authorized by the seller will not be accepted. Any request for refund or replacement will be evaluated solely at the seller's discretion, even in the case of minor defects.

2. Return Conditions

If the customer decides to return the product for personal reasons, even if it is compliant and free of defects, a refund of 70% of the amount paid will be granted, subject to the return of the product in its original condition.

The 30% retained refers to the seller's handling, packaging and logistics charges.

Returning shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The refund will be processed once the seller receives the product and verifies it is intact and in the condition in which it was shipped. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Product Returns

To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, intact condition, undamaged, complete with all components, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that return requests made after seven (7) days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed only after the product has been received at our warehouse and confirmed to meet the specified conditions.

If returned products show damage, signs of wear, or any discrepancies resulting from customer handling, the refund request will be denied.
